The Innovation Office of the Region of Peloponnese has launched the 1st Call for Expression of Interest for its Innovation Cluster initiative.
The objective of this action is to establish a structured cooperation framework among enterprises across the Region, aimed at strengthening innovation, cross-sectoral connectivity, and the competitiveness of the regional productive ecosystem.
The approach is built around the creation of a thematic Cluster, structured into specialisation categories aligned with the priority sectors of the Regional Smart Specialisation Strategy (RIS3). Through this thematic structure, the initiative seeks to foster targeted connections between enterprises and organisations with shared characteristics, needs, and development prospects, while supporting collaborative initiatives with strong innovation potential and technological maturity.
Enterprises joining the Cluster gain access to a Business & Programme Registry, a dedicated Advanced Information System, and targeted support services, enhancing knowledge and technology transfer with research institutions, fostering sustained cooperation with other network members, and expanding outreach to new markets and partnerships.
The Cluster operates as a hub for cooperation, networking, and development within the regional innovation ecosystem, generating multiplier benefits for the competitiveness of your enterprise.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Action “Support actions for entrepreneurial discovery through the collaboration of Regional Business and Research Organizations (Innovation Office)”, with MIS code 6011212. The Action is part of the “Peloponnese 2021–2027” Programme and is co-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) and national resources through the Public Investment Programme. The Contracting Authority is the University of the Peloponnese.
